Optimal Green Ltd is a production and processing company in Africa with specialty within the cassava value chain, with the aim of commercially producing and processing cassava into value-added products that utilize all the components of the cassava crop. The business has in line to process cassava into high-quality flour (HQCF), garri and starch.
The company also produces and processes spices, vegetables and fish for both the local and international markets.

Founder/CEO
Alberta O. Asare is a renowned Agribusiness Consultant and CEO of Optimal Green Ltd, a leading agro-processing firm. Holding both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Human Resource and Project Management, Alberta O. Asare has established herself as a thought leader in the agribusiness sector, driving sustainable growth and development.
With a proven track record of success, Alberta has collaborated with esteemed international organizations, including GIZ, USAID, and the Young African Leaders Initiative (YALI). Her expertise has been instrumental in shaping agribusiness curriculum development for TVET Ghana, empowering the next generation of agricultural entrepreneurs.
